BASIC INFORMATION

 

Naini Fincap Limited is a Delhi based company providing financial services and in the business since 1996. Our Company is registered with the Reserve Bank of India, Non Banking Financial Company. Earlier the company was registered as Hire Purchase Financing Co. Now it is classified as Assets Financing Company (AFC). Our principle business is Asset financing. Mainly financed assets are Automobiles, such as Two wheelers, Three Wheelers, cars (new & used) small goods carriers, Loaders, Business loans, MFI Loans etc.  The company has as on date no Deposits from the customers.

We are a close-knit organized team that consists of drive, dynamic and talented achievers. Among us are professionals in finance and specialist with strong mathematical background. The result is very important to us. We prefer the challenging tasks that give us opportunity to work on the edge of our capabilities. We work to make our customers feel comfortable and happy carrying out their personal and business tasks.

KEY MANEGERIAL PERSONNELS

 

 

The Company’s Board comprises of 3 Director having expertise in the field of finance.

  1. Mr. Hari Ram Garg :Managing Director

Mr. H.R. Garg aged 70 years has a long banking experience of 29 year before starting the Business of NBFC. He is Post Graduate in Economics and has diverse experience in the line of Banking, Finance and Management.

  1. Mr. Akshay Gupta :Whole Time Director

Aged 40 years. MBA Finance (Rank Holder), and B.Com (Gold Medallist). He has a experience in finance and International trade of almost 11 years. Prior to joining Naini Fincap Limited Mr. Akshay Gupta worked as a Manager- Commodity Trading, Aditya Birla Group, Singapore from 2004-2011. He has since then joined the company.

  1. Mr. Rakesh Kr Gupta : Director

Aged 67 years. A Civil engineer by profession, he brings in a vast experience of 38 years in Management, planning and development. He has retired as Additional Chief Engineer from Government of Rajasthan.
